By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Be a resident of the State of Georgia
• Provide true and accurate information
• Not appear on any sanctions list

2. Service Description

Bole Atlantic enables users to send money from Georgia to Ethiopia via bank account deposit. Users may pay using debit or credit cards.

3. KYC Verification

You must complete identity verification before sending any transfers.
We may require:

• Government-issued ID
• Selfie verification
• Proof of address
• Additional documents for compliance

4. Fees and Exchange Rates

• Fees and rates are shown before confirming a transaction..
• Once transaction is completed, the exchange rate is locked.

5. Processing of Transfers

Transfers may be delayed or canceled due to:

• Compliance reviews
• Incorrect beneficiary information
• Technical issues
• Regulatory requirements

We reserve the right to request additional information at any time.

6. Prohibited & High-Risk Activity

You agree not to use the service for:

• Fraud
• Tax evasion
• Money laundering
• Structuring
• Commercial transactions
• Illegal goods or services
• High-risk activity (including cryptocurrency trades, gambling, or non-personal transfers)

Any violation may result in:

• Account suspension
• Cancellation of transactions
• Reporting to regulators

7. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure
• Not sharing your account with others
• Reporting unauthorized activity immediately

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the principal amount of the transaction.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by beneficiary banks
• Incorrect beneficiary details provided by you
• System failures outside our control
• Unauthorized access to your device

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (included below).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Georgia state law.

11. Licensed State Disclosure

Atlantic International Inc. d/b/a Bole Atlantic
is licensed as a Money Transmitter in the State of Georgia.

Users from outside Georgia are not permitted to use the service.
